X Jubilee International scientific and technical conference Polish Ceramics.
The conference will take place at the Górniczo – Hutnicza Academy in Kraków from 9th to 12th September 2018 and its organizer will be the Material Engineering and Ceramics Department.
The topic of the conference will be issues regarding materials and widely – understood ceramics.
In the 3rd day of the conference on 11th September, one of the speakers will be Mr. Grzegorz Szandrowski – V-ce President of Ceramika Artystyczna, who will present industrial design in Ceramika Artystyczna Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego (Artistic Handicraft Cooperative) in Bolesławiec from the year of 1950. The topic of the paper : “TRADITION AND MODERNITY”.
The main purpose of the conference cycle “Polska Ceramika” is integration of scientific and industrial communities dealing in ceramics and first of all burnt ceramics.
